Technical Theatre Training Program

Tech students will have the opportunity to take classes with tech professionals, work tech for InnOVATION shows, and travel with InnOVATION to NYTE to run all of the tech elements of our NYTE performance. Workshop topics include costuming/wardrobe, stage management, prop and set design and construction, sound/lights and more!

October 27th, 2-4pm- Tech Theatre Workshop with William Bressler

November 3rd, 2-4pm- Tech Theatre Workshop with William Bressler

November 10th, 2-4pm- Tech Theatre Workshop with William Bressler

November 17th, 1-4pm- Stage Management Workshop with Alberta Labrillazo

November 24th, 1-4pm- Stage Management Workshop with Alberta Labrillazo



Program is $350 or $87.50/month for 4 months (payments in September, October, November, and December)

Technical students will be involved with general rehearsals, technical, and dress rehearsals, and performances. Please email the office for a complete calendar. We request that all technical students have 80% availability for our rehearsal and performance schedule of Elf Jr.

Optionally, tech students have the opportunity to travel to the National Youth Theatre Experience with InnOVATION Arts Academy. Students at NYTE will work backstage during the performance or run lights or sound. Please visit our NYTE Info Page for more information.
